Morris greeted us at the door, gave us some water, assisted with the sleep test machine, and spent a long time with us talking through the various options and differences with bed choices. I was really happy with his knowledge and explanations of the products. He was patient, honest and open with his advice. I hope that the products we’ve chosen live up to the sales pitch that Morris gave me.

very friendly and helpful staff. a member of staff approached us as we entered the store and directed us to the appropriate area, but left us to browse so we didn't feel crowded. when we had specific questions, a nearby member of staff came over and helped us with our choice, offered plenty of info and then dealt with our order, payment and delivery.
