Numerous staff on hand all all very friendly and offering to help but when I initially said that I just needed some time to look they didn't keep pestering me or hover over me.

Natasha , the sales person, was excellent in providing us with assistance from the moment we entered the store until completion of our purchase. She was knowledgable and clear in explaining the different types of beds and mattresses and how they would beat suit me personally. My wife is in a wheel chair and Natasha explained that the bed I was interested in was in the first floor but that there was a disabled lift which she guided us to and met us on the first floor. The disabled lift was excellent and my wife was very impressed that it was made available and the attention which Natasha gave her .

Grace dealt with our purchase, she was very friendly & very knowledgable.

The Gentleman who served me was very polite and professional. He was thorough with my order and made sure I was happy with everything. He showed good knowledge of the products and was patient.

The person that attended to me was so calm and patient, he took me round n explain everything in details. If I would visit dreams again, would love to go back to Charlton store n want him to serve me over and over again. I don’t know his name, I think he’s from ghana n he’s back

As we entered the store we were greeted with warm welcomes by every members of the staff, and offered drinks that were paid out of their (sales team) own pockets! - they went next door to buy high quality coffee and beverages! We were highly satisfied with the covid precautions in the store - hand sanitisers, paper towels, disinfectant sprays, bins were available - every staff wore face masks and plastic barriers were placed on the desks. We were served by Natasha and were extremely impressed by her product knowledge. She offered us pillows to try on with the mattresses - that were specially selected using the intelligent Sleepmatch technology! She took her time explaining the differences of each mattresses and never failed to answer our questions. She was very attentive, listened to our needs, and remembered our names. Her friendly personality made us feel at ease in the store. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family to shop in Dreams - Stone Lake Retail Park! Give them all a pay rise! They very well deserve it!!

We were allowed to go in and try all of the mattresses, nick was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction until we found one that suited us best, We we're even able to take the one we chose away with us! Nice and friendly, no pushy sales
