I went in for a specific bed and I found it.

Laud was really friendly, he greeted us as we entered the store, offered us water and checked whether we were comfortable with you COVID policy. He then got us straight on the sleep match to help narrow down the mattress selection. Finally he offered us great pillows. Really great service

We were greeted as we came in and there are appropriate Covid-19 safety measures within the store. We were offered to try the sleepmatch and also a bottle of water. Natasha was very accommodating in showing us the beds and pillows available. Overall experience was exceptional.

The sales assistant welcomed me professionally and with a smile. Then offered me any assistance I required. She carried my items downstairs and processed my payment efficiently. Thank you

The visit to dreams was a dream, very polite and helpful, I knew what I wanted, but still explained everything, offered a drink, social distance was in place. The visit was not rushed, very relaxed, made me feel comfortable, left there feeling happy.

The lady grace who served me was amazing and so help and accommodating to all my needs it was a pleasure to shop in dreams

From the minute I stepped into the shop I was taken into the care of Natasha. I explained I was sight impaired and she immediately understood my sight needs and explained every thing I needed to know. She didn't hurry me and took me around to all the beds and mattresses that the computer advised. It was a great experience and I feel I have purchased the right bed for myself thanks to Natasha. The rest of the staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was friendly throughout. Thoroughly recommend the Charlton branch and staff.
