Natasha was fantastic. Really took her time to understand what I wanted and gave such a great recommendation

I had very good customer service by Natasha in store, she was very helpful and considered all my needs.

Natasha was absolutely brilliant. Greeted as soon as we walked in, helped us find our perfect mattress and pillows, gave us drinks while we were sorting everything. The shop itself was also COVID secure, with all staff wearing masks.

Meet with Charmy at the Charlton branch, told her I had a disability and what I needed she showed us the medium mattresses told me to have a lie down and after trying a few made my choice, great service.

The staff member who attended to us was very welcoming. She offered us all the alternatives available and we found ourselves stuck at Dreams with no need to look elsewhere. In the end she guided us to pick products we love and would cherish for a very long time to come. She left us with a reason to not only tell others about Dreams products to come again ourselves!

Natasha at the Charlton store was extremely helpful and friendly. She called me back when I firstly called the store and from that moment her customer service and politeness made me take the decision to buy from Dreams. She offered me a drink, a pillow and explained in detail the covid 19 measures in place in the shop. Also I had the chance to use the sleep match which was very helpful to take my final decision. Overall, a great service from Natasha and great selection of items in the shop.

Your employee named Natasha gave me and my son a warm welcome and also helped us find the right mattress for my son.

I was dealt with mainly by a woman called Natasha. However there was a slim guy called Nicolas a pretty Asian lady and a.mature black guy. All were extremely professional but what jumped out ro me was how friendly they all were. Natasha didn't rush me, but listen to my unique situation with patience and kindness. She took me through all my options allowing me to try various mattresses etc. Covid adhered ro. Her knowledge of different types was impressive. There was none of the normal "this is my customer stay back..." she asked a few questions of her colleague Nicholas were was professional and friendly in turn. At no time did I feel pressurised to buy more. In all it was a lovely experience I was impressed
