Vinny the customer assistant did help us chose the right bed and mattress

I was immediately greeted by Nicholas Who had perfect manners.I told him I needed A single bed or small double.he showed me What a small double looked like, I decided I Must get a single, as my new flat is much Smaller than my present one.he allowed me To lie on many beds telling me about each I was most impressed with his knowledge. I had been to John Lewis that morning ,where No person bothered about me.so this was a Pleasant change. He took great time with Me And I purchased a mattress, bed base and Headboard. I greatly enjoyed my visit , and He explained all about my deliveries.the Headboard will come a week later. What a contrast to John Lewis.

From arrival in the store we were approached by the lovely Natasha. She asked how we were and if we needed any assistance, but not in a forceful way. She helped with us the sleep matcher, made an excellent cup of tea for me and showed us every single mattress on our recommended list. She gave us private time at each mattress to discuss our options and answered any questions we had - she was very knowledgeable and not very forceful/pushy at all. We didn’t feel rushed either. We were able to make a personal connection with her, which swayed us to make a purchase the same day even though we hadn’t planned to. We were happy with all the safety covid precautions that were in place too.

Nick , your shop specialist was excellent in helping us making informed choices about our purchase. He was knowledgeable and was realistic about our price target. He talked us through the mattress choices and ottoman availability and colours available. We were very impressed with the prices of our items and as able to purchase all the items we wanted prior to Xmas ! So very pleased . His manner was friendly, professional and supportive ! Well recommended !

We had a lovely interaction with Charmy, our sales assistant. She offered us water and took time to analyse our sleep pattern and take us through all our options. We actually went away and then came back to Dreams to finalise our purchase due to the effort she had gone to.

Natasha was absolutely stellar, listened to our needs, put us in the bed machine, offered us drinks and got us a sweet deal!

The staff ( Natasha & Charmie) were very thoughtful and understood our needs and had a rough idea of our price budget. They showed us areas where our type of beds were and we like it. It was a perfect experience.

Nicholas was superb. Efficient polite knowledgeable about the product. Patient and friendly whilst very professional. Would return just because of his great service. Thank you.
