Dreams - Charlton

I had a very nice experience during my visit to the Dreams shop at Charlton. I received a nice greeting from one of your colleagues, Natasha, and had thorough testing of my sleeping pattern via a testing system. I have to say it is a very quick test and I did have no pressure to do that by just laying on the mattress for 3 mins. Finally it gave me a wide range of choices of mattresses that fit my needs. And I did have a quick delivery service with the help of the store staff. Overall I am really happy with the experience and I would recommend this to my friends in the future.

Natasha, went above and beyond in her customer service skills, from the moment I arrived in store offering refreshments, mattress knowledge including using the sleep match machine, pillows were offered. All covid guidelines were meet which a was very grateful of Natasha was very understanding of this. I feel her service was exceptional and I would recommend her to friends and family as she has offered me the best service I ever received like said she an asset to the company

Attentive and friendly staff. Impressed with the customer service. The particular staff member who we saw on both our visits was extremely helpful and attentive.

I like the product, but the service I received from Laud was fantastic. He took the time to understand my requirements and asked me good questions. His knowledge was excellent and I never felt he was selling to me, but working to make sure my needs were met. Great job and I would highly recommend.

Your staff were very helpful and very friendly I needed to use a taxi and had to race to cash point Taxi arrived early and your colleague rang me, talked to taxi driver and loaded my mattress

The person that dealt with me was called Laud he was very helpful in helping me to find the right mattress and explaining the difference between them all. When there was transaction problems due to the computer freezing Laud and two of his other colleagues did all they could to solve the problem they even phoned tech support for help.

The customer service I received from Grace was outstanding. She was very friendly, professional and gave great advice. She's also kind and made me feel comfortable

The operative was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable regarding my telephone order.
