Good quality customer service , we were made to feel as ease and comfortable, the assistant understood our needs and was excellent with his choice of bed , he offered us hot and cold drinks which I felt was a lovely touch

Natasha at dreams in charlton/woolwich greeted us when we walked in and was very friendly. She offered us tea & coffee. She helped us with our search and suggested we use the sleep match machine. We walked into the store only to browse and ended up buying a mattress.she was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose the right mattress for us. Thanks for all your help!

I completely forgot the persons name that helped me, but I absolutely had the best experience, the man that helped me was very knowledgeable, able to advice, and worked around my indecisiveness really well.

The customer service we received in store was excellent. Natasha was amazing. As soon as we walked in she gave us a warm welcome and asked if we needed any assistance. She was friendly, attentive and asked questions to ensure we chose the right mattress for my aunt. We used the in store machine to match a mattress that would be suitable. Natasha showed us several options and was able to advise and answer all our questions. My aunt was very happy with her mattress. Natasha is a credit to your company.

Natasha, who helped us very professional and assisted us as much as she could. Only problem that I had is that Dream’s don’t make made to measure so I had to choose second best.

I had a very nice experience during my visit to the Dreams shop at Charlton. I received a nice greeting from one of your colleagues, Natasha, and had thorough testing of my sleeping pattern via a testing system. I have to say it is a very quick test and I did have no pressure to do that by just laying on the mattress for 3 mins. Finally it gave me a wide range of choices of mattresses that fit my needs. And I did have a quick delivery service with the help of the store staff. Overall I am really happy with the experience and I would recommend this to my friends in the future.
