I was Served by Natasha who was absolutely wonderful with her Service. Firstly, she welcome me warmly and understood my needs and immediately introduce Sleep-match to me and while i was been assessed, she went ahead to get me a cup of Tea. I was very Please with Item Purchase and i was well enlightened with every conversation with Natasha and her wealth of Knowledge and Expertise on the subject matter. Also, got a great discount on Pillows. Thank you Natasha and the entire Staff in Charlton Branch.

We were served by Laud who was extremely helpful and friendly. He managed to find the perfect the perfect balance between coming over to help us and giving us space to have a look around/discuss on our own. It took us a while to make up our mind given our constraints (size of our bedroom, me and partner move a lot which disturbs the other), Laud was super helpful as he spent time explaining to us the various options/tradeoffs, explaining to us what would make sense given what we wanted and needed. Again we're both highly satisfied!!!!!!!

Our sales Assistant Charmy met us immediately and was really helpful throughout. Not too pushy and give us the space we needed to look at the items in our own time. Her product knowledge was incredible and we couldn't have been happier with her service. The sleepmatch test was broken so we couldn't use it, but we have used it before so wasn't a problem. The store was laid out very well and it was easy to understand what we were looking at. As a point of comparison we also visited bensons for beds on the same day. Nobody greeted us, the prices were much higher for the same quality we were looking at in Dreams and the store felt incredibly confusing to navigate. A completely different experience to Dreams!

The product knowledge of the staff that assisted us was brilliant, he was able to find us a product that matched our budget.

I came looking for a mattress for my bedroom and liked the breakdown of the mattress types and what the terminology meant and the best fit for me which was a combination. I didn't feel rushed with trying to find a mattress and pillows and was given water and a snack whilst in Dreams. Ordering in store was also hassle-free and the breakdown in price was explained to me. The customer service throughout was great.
