The sales person Natasha welcomed us and made time for us during our visit

We were greeted very quickly and as we were looking for mattresses, were shown the sleep match machine that was excellent and solved all our questions and wondering. Natasha matched us with pillows, made sure we were comfortable and offered us drinks as we looked at the suggested mattresses in-store. Her product knowledge was amazing and her desire to get things right for us was fabulous. We are very happy.

Great customer relation from store assistant. Who carefully listened to our needs, used sleeping guide machine and matched us to the appropriate mattresses.

Nicholas was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. He guided us through selecting the right one after we had a sleep March scan completed. He also gave us various pillows to try with the mattress we selected to give us the best nights sleep. Hygiene was taken very seriously in store & all staff sanitised beds etc after a customer had tested them.
