Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Absolutely over the moon with the attention we received in store. We had no idea what we required other than we liked the Harrison Spinks mattress. We were advised to use the sleep machine and then then the store manager swapped the mattresses over to other bases until we were satisfied with our choice.

From walking in the store to leaving was a pleasurable experience. We’d been to several other stores during the day and were fed up. The staff gave us the answers we wanted and directed us to products that suited us. They weren’t pushy but were very informative and helped us choose the right product! The staff Roree and Darren were great!

The store was spotlessly clean and the staff made you comfortable when you walked into the store, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products we needed. When finding what we needed it was a very fast and professional ordering system that gave us the day of delivery there and then. Would definitely recommend dreams in Leeds crown point.

The staff ember who assisted us was very helpful indeed and very friendly. We were also offered refreshments whilst the paperwork was completed.

Excellent employees, offered a hot drink and a chance to try the mattress match. Store was swt out perfectly, and purchase took all of 10minutes to complete. Have already recommended the store to my sister, and she will be going later today.

Your representative was very patient with us as my husband has dementia and she was very understanding and tried to include him in the purchase of my bed. She also had very good knowledge of stock and availability.
