Was given the right amount of assistance without being pushed to make a decision

Darren was very knowledgable about the products . He wasn't pushy and took time to listen to my needs. He tried me on several mattresses to find the right one. We were drinks and we were made to feel that we didn't have to rush . Using the machine to match me it the right mattress really helped too .

We were welcomed by Darren and he was not intrusive and just helpful. He offered to show us the dream match to help determine our needs, whilst he got us a drink. It was a wonderful experience overall, he watched us and showed us better options, explaining everything as he went. He wasn’t pushy, just knowledgeable and very friendly. We’d originally thought we would both have tempur pillows however, he showed why that wouldn’t be suitable for one of us, letting us try along the way. He identified the best options for us but tested others, to demonstrate why those would be the best, and he was spot on! Thank you Darren!

Jude was extremely helpful & approachable & understood what I was looking for. She showed me a range of beds to suit my specification & did not put any pressure on me. The task of choosing a new mattress was made as easy as possible & I left the store very happy with my choice.

Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. it was our first time buying a bed and we really appreciated his time and effort to help us.

We initially visited on 11/1/20 to look at another bed which was not on display. The staff checked with York who had it. After visiting York we preferred a different bed on display in Leeds. The staff were very professioonal all the way through the process, we are moving house so delivery dates, and possible cancellation, needed to be covered so this was all explained and the order was placed. We will also be returning to use the sleep system as we have yet to find a suitavble mattress

The store assistant helped us from the moment we walked in the store, helped us to do the bed test, and quickly showed us a suitable product at a good price and arranged delivery at a good time. We will return again for a future purchase. Kind regards Stephen McGrail
