Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Great Service at the Leeds Crown Point Store from ANdy. He offered us drink and we were directed to the sleep match technology which help us determine the best type of mattress for us. He then gave us personalised pillows for our sleeping habits and showed us to the mattresses. Great experience overall and made everything fun

Absolutely outstanding service received at the store. An extremely helpful member of staff promptly dealt with our requests and gave us quick answers. We were feeling extremely lucky to get our chosen bed delivered just in one week. We didn't get to spend not even 30 minutes from walking into the store, choosing the right bed for us, placing the order and completing it.

I enjoyed the experience of buying the bed. Was glad I had a friend with me to bounce off. The gentleman, Darren helping me gave great advise and was very helpful indeed, which I appreciated. He also gave us both a cup of coffee which was enjoyed. Have not received the bed yet. It’s due to arrive on the 14th of this month, February

Jude welcomed us was Very Nice ,left us to have a look around ,then asked could she help us ,she listened to our needs , asked us if we wanted to go on the bed to help select the mattress we did ,was very good ,we said we would like to purchase a bed ,Jude asked us to sit down ,asked would we like a drink ,we did Jude was very very helpful and new her job she helped select some pillows as well ,our experience at dreams was very friendly helpful and pleasant . I was aknowledged on entering the store and asked if i needed any help. I explained i was looking for a firm mattress and was told by Jude it may be helpful if i used the sleep match machine as often people buy the wrong mattress.I agreed to do this and whilst i was waiting for it to become available was offered a lovely cup of coffee. After useing the machine i was told a medium mattress was the best one for me and was shown the available ones. I decided on the Flaxby Nature's Finest and also 2 pillows.

Andy who looked after us was very helpful indeed. I am disabled and he was extremely kind in meeting my needs eg:moving beds aside for me to gain access, showing me where the disabled toilet was (it was spotless as well). He also assisted me when in manoeuvring my walker around in tight spaces. He was absolutely great and also had a great sense of humour.

Helen was great - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
