Staff had great knowledge as to what I wanted, spent time looking around and testing a few beds out, wasnt pressured into buying

We were left for about 15 mins to browse the store then Jude came and offered her assistance she was so very helpful and efficient

I came in to use the sleep match machine and was assisted by Darren. He was very helpful right from the beginning and had a very broad knowledge of all the products. He listened to everything I told him about what I was looking for and what my general budget was, and showed me a wide variety of products to help me find the best ones for me. He never rushed me and I never felt like he was trying to push me into a purchase.

The staff were excellent and polite they new there stuff they were excellent at explaining all I needed to know

We came just to browse and see what was on offer but ended up buying a mattress for over £1000 . We are very happy with it, the delivery men even put on overshoes while placing mattress in bedroom.

We weren't going to buy a mattress, but after test made decision

listened to what I wanted and also came up with other suggestions and was not pushy

The assistant Roree made me and my husband feel very welcome and greeted us on arrival. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable too. Not too pushy and also asked if we both wanted a tea or coffee which we accepted and a nice touch to our shopping experience. Overall great customer service. Can't wait to try our new mattress.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Darren helped me find the right mattress and sorted the delivery date and payment. Someone looked after my coat and bag while I was trying mattresses. I was given a cup of tea. After everything had been done Darren showed me how to get back to the railway station. Everything was 1st Class.
