the sales advisor was very friendly - not pushy and made me feel comfortable - left me to brows but was at hand when I had questions and ready to order.

The person who looked after us was incredibly helpful. He had terrific product knowledge and provided us with many different mattress options to try that he picked especially for us. He was attentive, yet gave us plenty of space to think and chat; this is something really important to me. If salespeople don't give me space, I will often leave.

I needed a new bed and mattress, I was left to browse with no pressure, liked the idea of the divan with 2 draws, but wasn't sure of the mattress, was lead over to the sleep match simulator where it matched me to several mattresses, I didn't buy there and then, but went away with a quote, in the end felt I couldn't get a bed /mattress much cheaper anywhere else I was given the quote by roree, however she wasn't working but was pleased that she got credited with the sale as it was her quote that I went with which I thought was not only great customer service but also fantastic team work, which impressed me downside length of time for delivery, wanting it sooner than earliest delivery date.... 2 weeks wait.... But overall very satisfied, bought from dreams, crown point store Leeds

I was looked after by Andy, with some input from the store manager, Jude, and spent an hour in the store. I was welcomed congenially, provided with a cup of tea, offered my choice of pillow when trying out the mattresses. I was amazed by the Sleep-Match equipment, took the test, and was then guided to the type of mattress it pointed to. I made friends with another shopper who was looking for something similar; we even the same mattresses together!! It was a totally pleasant experience.

Judy the lady who served me in the Leeds Crown point branch, recognised me from when I brought a bed 5 years ago. And helped me with the new bed and gave me advice on my health. She went beyond the mile!
