Andy was very approachable helpful and knowledgeable regarding products and was great one of the reasons we bought

We were treated professionally, we wasn't sure what we needed and the sleep match bed help us get what was needed. We were shown a few of them in store with a range of prices what suited our individual needs. We got to test them out with a pillow to see what we liked before we decided. We had no pressure to buy and went away to measure our bed properly and have a think about it. We came back the next day as we felt we had good customer service there with friendly staff. We were offered drinks each time and the process to buy was quick and easy with a date we choose that was available couple of weeks later. I would recommend.

Darren was very helpful! We found the bunk bed we were looking for and the right mattresses to go with it and it took us less than 30mins to complete our order

The assistant was really nice and friendly, showed us exactly what we wanted, he was knowledgeable and listened to what we were saying and understood everything we wanted and needed.

Helen at 292 was very informative. She had the knowledge we needed and didn't mind going from one side of the showroom to the other, several times, when were choosing from two mattresses.

The shop was easy to navigate. Helen was quick to introduce herself and help us understand what was being displayed and where to find what we needed.

We were confused on the kind of mattress we needed, but the assessment and help of the staff (Jude in the Leeds store) were very helpful. Jude was also very helpful in explaining differences as well as finding us the best deal for all of the items we bought (a mattress, two pillows and covers)
