Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Choosing our new mattress at Dreams was very seamless, as we were greeted immediately upon arrival and were advised to use the sleepmatch machine which identified a select few mattresses which was best for me and my wifes needs. This was brilliant as we had no idea where to start. Once we decided the right bed for us, we wanted to ensure we made the right choice so were willing to go away and research other retailers. However, we were offered some great additional discount and free items (mattress topper) to secure the sale in that instance with the re-assurance we could cancel if we decided against the purchase. Fortunately the mattress was the best we found and are now expecting our cozy new mattress this Friday. We can't wait!

Shown a range of styles and prices. No pressure to go for the most expensive bed or to buy other products on sale, i.e. headboard, duvet, pillows (but I did purchase a set of pillows. Information offered, before I had to ask, regarding free delivery and the new bed placed upstairs. Flexibility on delivery dates to suit me.

Darren was superb, he was very knowledgable about all of the mattresses we tried for eg from the manufacturer, to the aesthetics to the benefits. The list goes on but there was no hard sell. I wasn’t satisfied with the price because I didn’t expect to pay the price I did but it was the product that both my partner and I preferred and Darren deserved a sale
