Darren served us during our multilple visits prior to committing to our purchase. We felt welcome everytime we came through the door. Darren never made us feel under pressure to make a purchase nor did he make us feel less valued or rushed when we weren't committing to one. He spent time talking us through out options and gave honest opinions and advice when we asked. Darren was also really knowlegable regarding the products on offer and could talk us through the differences and why the prices varied for similar products. Staff in the crown point store are all very friendly, having brought our precious mattress here, we knew of Jude the store manager who has all the same attributes and clearly leads by example. Will definitely be back when the times comes, thanks to the crown point team!
