We called in out if chance, there where a few customers already in store when we arrived so we where asked to wait and offers 2 seats just inside the door, advised about hand santander been avaiable and offered a bottle or water. As the testing bed is by while another customer was using that one of the sales advisors spoke to us to see what we where looking for (mattress and bed frame). He had an excellent knowledge and bank of questions that teased out what we were looking for i.e. that I don't like been hot in bed, prefer cold side of pillow. This helped guide our product choice. We also never felt rushed even when customers wheee waiting to enter the store . Well done given the pandemic, new ways of working.
