Excellent product knowledge and was supported to choose the best option for us. There was no pressure to buy and was given the space and time on our own to try out the product. Very happy with the overall experience.

We were greeted by Darren at the Leeds crown point store. He was very friendly and there were plenty of Covid19 precautions in place. Darren promptly asked how he could help us. As we were looking for a new mattress he took us to the sleep machine to show us what bed would be best for us. Again everything was very clean and sanitized. Darren then gave us a bit of an idea of what beds would suit our needs and left us to explore which we liked. ( he did keep an eye out as he would sanitize the beds after we used them) after trying a few Darren pointed us in a direction to a bed which would work well for myself and my partner as we couldn't decide. He help find us the perfect compromise of memory foam and spring. The order process was speedy and all in all was a good experience.

I do not usually take the time to write reviews however due to the current situation I wanted to highlight some of the things that both myself and husband were really impressed with .. From entrance to the store social distancing measures were met and everything explained to us for our own safety. The advisor Darren could not do enough for us his friendly nature and good sense of humour really made our experience positive - he clearly had knowledge in what he was selling yet we did not feel pressured at all to buy . Darren was friendly and helpful but also conscious of the cleanliness of the store at the same time - I felt that my children were safe to be in the store because of all the measures that were taken. We will definitely be back when the children’s beds are due to be replaced - we wouldn’t go anywhere else now -you have customers for life !
