Darren was so helpful from start to finish. He allowed us retry mattresses multiple times until we found the one we wanted and had a lot of patience with us. He was very helpful measuring mattresses on different bed frame. He explained all the prices for delivery, bed/mattress removal and bed building etc and it was nice that we weren't pressured into adding on extras we didn't want.
