I did a telephone order and the man who spoke to me was excellent. His prompt replies and product knowledge meant l was able to buy my bed within 15 mins Great service and great staff in the Crown point Leeds store

Darren was so helpful from start to finish. He allowed us retry mattresses multiple times until we found the one we wanted and had a lot of patience with us. He was very helpful measuring mattresses on different bed frame. He explained all the prices for delivery, bed/mattress removal and bed building etc and it was nice that we weren't pressured into adding on extras we didn't want.
