It was nice walking in and looking then I ask assistant 2 help me which I found good because u nerd time 2 look urself and not been approach so quickly when u walk in

Andy was very friendly and approachable, imparting excellent knowledge for us to find the right matress for our needs. He was not pushy with the sale, and allowed us to take our time deciding on which matress to buy. We were offered refreshments throughout, and was extremely pleased with the quality of service we received.

Prompt approach from sales rep Darren to assist with our needs. Assessment on the machine was exciting though a bit novel. Time taken by Darren to listen to our requirements and show us all the available options at various price ranges with honesty throughout and no heavy handed sales pitch. Clean, and bright store. We also tried Bensons for Beds next door which highlighted how much better the Dreams in store experience was.

Our assistant was jude, she was fantastic, really helpful and knowledgeable. She knew what we wanted and needed i was throughly professional from start to finish. Next time i need anything dreams sells i will be looking for jude
