Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We came to store to purchase a new mattress for our master bedroom, we were greeted on arrival in store by Darren and two colleagues all of whom were really friendly. My husband and I felt reassured with the H&S precautions in place, we were asked to sanitise our hands and the wider measure in place were explained to us (PPE on beds, physical distancing etc). The shop was spotless! Darren offered to assist and took time to understand our requirements and introduced us to your diagnostic tool which recommended mattresses that suited mine and my husbands sleep position. He then took the time to show us around the shop showing us each mattress recommended and allowing us to try them all following all guidance around PPE. Darren was really knowledgeable, friendly, patient and nothing was too much trouble. The whole shopping experience was enjoyable and so easy. Darren was not pushy in any way, he genuinely just wanted us to get the right product. A true professional and pleasure to meet. Thank you for all your help it was much appreciated. We had been into Bensons for beds first and not one member of staff approached us. When we arrived at Dreams there was a sign asking us to wait until invited into store. A lovely man greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. He explained all the procedures in place because of covid which made us feel safe. We then went on the bed that detected what mattress was right for us. He explained what the findings were then showed us the mattresses. He was not pushy and let us decided what we wanted. Even at the end when we said we wanted to think about the purchase he said he totally respected that. He gave us space to think about it. Gave us options about the products. We decided there and the to go through with the purchase.The other staff in the store made us feel welcome and offered us refreshments. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend going there, the whole experience was relaxed. Even though it was close to closing we didn't feel rushed.
