The lady in the shop greeted us as soon as we got in, she gave us advice and chatted to us about what we wanted and the advice was spot on and absolutely perfect, we bought the mattress and left very quickly. It was quick and easy and enjoyable

We came to store to purchase a new mattress for our master bedroom, we were greeted on arrival in store by Darren and two colleagues all of whom were really friendly. My husband and I felt reassured with the H&S precautions in place, we were asked to sanitise our hands and the wider measure in place were explained to us (PPE on beds, physical distancing etc). The shop was spotless! Darren offered to assist and took time to understand our requirements and introduced us to your diagnostic tool which recommended mattresses that suited mine and my husbands sleep position. He then took the time to show us around the shop showing us each mattress recommended and allowing us to try them all following all guidance around PPE. Darren was really knowledgeable, friendly, patient and nothing was too much trouble. The whole shopping experience was enjoyable and so easy. Darren was not pushy in any way, he genuinely just wanted us to get the right product. A true professional and pleasure to meet. Thank you for all your help it was much appreciated.
