Andy was incredible. We loved the organisation of the store to follow covid guidelines and every colleague was warm and friendly. We felt no pressure to buy anything and Andy gave us the space and time to test each mattress and look at bed frames. His product knowledge was excellent and we automatically felt at home and welcomed in the store. We also tried the dreams machine, which came in handy to help us know what mattresses would be best as we were a couple purchasing and both had different ideas to what we wanted. We are super super happy with the overall experience and would like to personally thank Andy for his expertise and for making our shopping trip marvellous.
