To say we’re are going through a global pandemic and times are tough for most people, the staff at my local dreams store were really brilliant! Smiles on their faces at all times and always happy to help. I couldn’t thank the team enough for their support not just in product knowledge and helping purchasing products but also with the amount of hand sanitizers and so on. Really spot on, definitely would recommend to friends and family and also will be shopping here again in the future.

The availability of staff who were helpful as well as knowledgeable. Mohammed was there when we needed him but gave us time alone to try out the mattresses he suggested we try. He gave us lots of information about each product, was friendly courteous and we felt appropriately looked after.

There was hand gel available on entering the store and I was approached by a friendly member of staff who asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what was available. I was able to order the bed and pay for it without any hassle and I got a delivery date for 3 weeks time. Very pleased with the whole process.
