The staff were highly professional and friendly. They greeted us at the door despite the store being initially at capacity given the cover restrictions. we were more than happy to wait a few short minutes before being greeted and attended to by Jude the manager. I must commend their attitude to social distancing. I felt very comforted by this attitude and their diligence to customer safety. We were offered the opportunity to be shown around however we decided to browse at out leisure. Once we found a bed we liked we asked for Judes help once again and she was very informative and attentive to our needs. Jude took us through the sale transaction process with ease and offered us products that further went beyond our needs that we didn't know we required e.g. pillows, bed cover and bed assembly/disposal. Overall this was a seamless experience and we must commend Judes Store practices. We felt very welcomed and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends in future, specifically this store. 10 stars!

To say we’re are going through a global pandemic and times are tough for most people, the staff at my local dreams store were really brilliant! Smiles on their faces at all times and always happy to help. I couldn’t thank the team enough for their support not just in product knowledge and helping purchasing products but also with the amount of hand sanitizers and so on. Really spot on, definitely would recommend to friends and family and also will be shopping here again in the future.
