Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Helen in the Crown Point Leeds store was helpful and friendly but didn't pressure us into buying the more expensive product. She could give personal recommendations and explained all financing options clearly. Thanks to a sale at the time, we were able to get a £600 mattress for £279 - cannot wait for our new bed to arrive!

Helen was really helpful and knowledgeable -and could not have helped more I have never used Dreams before but will be back! came in and purchase a bed then found a wardrobe with The right measurements and colour Thanks again to Helen for all her help

We visited yesterday and were greeted by Darren at the store in Leeds, he was brilliant. He wasn’t too pushy, he approached us and asked us what we were after and we explained what we wanted, he asked if we wanted to get tested on the sleep mattress first with Ppe equipment and gave us a bottle of water each as the store was so warm because of the hot weather. He went over everything thoroughly with us and provided us with quotes based on what we needed and was really friendly and approachable. Because of the customer service we received from him yesterday we decided to come back again today and purchase, we was glad to be greeted again by the same face as he new exactly what we were after and we didn’t have to explain ourselves again. I would recommend anyone to come to this particular store just because of his customer service, second to non and a credit to dreams. Please give my feedback to him!

Andy was very friendly and explained all Covid rules straight away. He had an incredibly broad knowledge base and was able to narrow down what I was looking for very efficiently.

The assistant was very helpful and gave us plenty of time to make up our minds. He encouraged us to try the mattresses a few times so that we could be sure.

All the staff at the crown point dreams Leeds were helpful Jude is the lady I spoke to over the phone and another lady originally served me in store I am not 100% sure on her name possibly Julie and the gentleman That works there is also attentive and offered a beverage as it was a very hot day the provided hand sanitizer and had good humour and customer service they were knowledgable on the products and were able to point me in the direction of what I needed
