Helen in the Crown Point Leeds store was helpful and friendly but didn't pressure us into buying the more expensive product. She could give personal recommendations and explained all financing options clearly. Thanks to a sale at the time, we were able to get a £600 mattress for £279 - cannot wait for our new bed to arrive!

Its been awhile since ive been to Dreams. From the moment me and my wife entered the store, the welcome we received was amazing. The guy that dealt with us was, helpful, chatty, very good customer service. We both felt safe in the store with the currant situation. Well done to all the staff.
