I visited Dreams initially just to browse for a new bed and mattress. The colleague that helped me allowed me space and time to browse and then offered me the help I needed. I wasn't sure of the mattress I needed so she spent time talking me through the Sleepmatch software which I used and was really satisfied with. I didn't feel pressured into choosing any particular type of mattress and the different price points were explained to me along with the sale price of the mattress I chose. I really like the new bed that I chose and I'm really happy with the speed of delivery which is only six days from the date of order.

The lady that we had was so kind and helpful and helped me find a bed that was right for me and I’m so happy with it.

Darren was really accommodating and made us feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the difference between the mattresses and how they support you at night. He showed us round the suitable ones for us and didn't rush us at all and made the hole experience enjoyable.

My wife is disabled and we use a wheelchair. There was plenty of room to move about the store. The salesman was very accommodating and friendly. He understood our needs and was very discreet.

The salesman was so friendly and his knowledge of yr products he was so helpfully for us choosing such a wonderful product.
