I was greeted by Jude on arrival to the store, she was warm and welcoming. She offered the dreams sleep match which I agreed to. She made sure everything was COVID 19 protected which made me feel very safe. When the results came out she took me around the beds where I found the one I purchased. She provided me with a pillow which suited my sleep position which I also went on to buy! Throughout our visit to the store we were offered drinks which was a lovely touch. I couldn’t have been any happier with the service Jude gave she was really helpful and am looking forward to my mattress arriving!
