Staff were very attentive to our needs and helped us in deciding on our first ever bed. We went next door to another competitor which had cheaper products but the friendly staff at dreams were able to choose a perfect bed just for us and made our experience a lot better. We ended up buying the frame and the matress from dreams.

Jude was very welcoming she explains the dream match machine as we thought we would disagree over the mattress. When she showed us each mattress she left us to try each one out and left us to chat between ourselves with out hovering over us I can’t do with pushy sales people and Jude Certainly wasn’t pushy.

Very helpful & friendly staff, I told them what I wanted & they covered the bed for me to lay on & try out. Delivery time was really quick as well.
