Hayley was very helpful and knowledgeable

Greeted politely, staff was friendly. Showed her the bed I wanted was shown it straight away and had a try on mattress to see which was best suited for me. She had knowledge on what would work best for me and supported my decision. Also when I explained my budget she helped me stay within budget.

Darren is an amazing team member at the crown point store! I bought my bed through him before lockdown, and took my grandma in labour to see him! So pleased and was so helpful and very patient with my grandma, amazing great asset to your company!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, I habe shopped there before and had a good experience so I came back. I liked the availability of products but was hoping to have a few more douvets to choose from but I found one I am happy with so I can't really complain.

Hayley at the Leeds Crown Point, store was excellent. She met us promptly and talked us through our options. We had a clear idea of what we were after and she showed us to exactly what we were trying to describe from a previous visit. She talked us through pillows, cover and frames and we left very happy, calling up the growing day to make the purchase after discussing.
