From the moment we arrived we were taken well care of . Was told about a machine that gave you an idea what sort of mattress you’d need . Which we was amazing. We ended up trying about eight mattresses in total. We got given a pillow each which had a wrap around it and some long tissues so that we could laying on each mattress without our bodies touching them .we gave our opinions on each one we tried. Was shown the prices on each one and weather it was hard or medium . Got told about gels an memory foam which we didn’t like . Anyway in the end we purchased a king size and a single mattress.

Hayley the assistant was fantastic. She was polite and very helpful and gave myself and my daughter all the information we needed to purchase the bed.

As we entered the store we were met by a friendly lady who helped us with making our purchase, she was called Hayley and she gave fantastic customer service. I tried out the special machine that told you what sort of mattress I needed and then Hailey let us try different ones and which sort of bed I needed and she was great and we found exactly what we wanted. Delivery time was great for us and we had a really lovely positive shopping experience. The store was very clean and there was lots of things in place to protect against covid 19. I would highly recommend a visit to you store and you should be very proud that you have such a lovely member of staff.We would recommend getting Hayley to help you get your purchase right. I initially phoned the store with an enquiry about beds. This was fully answered by Hayley. On visiting the store with my wife, Hayley showed us what we were looking for and answered all our questions. We are happy with our purchase. I phoned the store the following day to change the colour of our bed and this was competently handled by Jude. Both were professional and knowledgeable and a credit to your company.
