Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were highly please with the visit made to the crown point store ( Leeds ) on the 03/11/20. The sales lady Helen was very friendly and made genuine conversation with me and my partner and was not all about the sale. We confided in her that we had a bad experience at the Birstall store a day previous ( 02/11/20 ) where the sales person appeared to push us for all the higher products and did not explain the process in a way we fully understood. He also added extra items onto the quote which made it very expensive and didn't ask if we needed them. Helen allowed us to try various mattresses and explained each one clearly and offered her expertise in what we was looking for. Helen also informed us of current deals that dreams had on other bed frames such as the ottoman storage king size bed with the velvet finish we was looking for. Thanks to Helen's friendly manner and guidance we have purchased a bedframe and a higher priced mattress.

The customer service was amazing and friendly. I was able to find a great mattress for a great price. Overall experience was super positive and I am able to get my mattress within a week.
