Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were greeted when we entered and asked if we would like help or if we would just like to look around. We asked for help and Andy told us about the machine that could be used to help find the right mattress for us. We said we would be happy to try it. He went over and wiped down the screen and then gave us paper towels to lie on each. Andy explained to my partner what to do with the machine and he said he would pop back when it was done. Once it was done he came back and went through the results with us and then asked if we would like to try some recommended mattresses which we did. He explained what each of the mattress was and asked our preference we tried 3 in total and then were left to have a chat and make a decision. We said that we would like to go to bensons to compare Andy was very pleasant and said he completely understood and if we decided to go back he would remember which one was our favourite. We had a very different experience at bensons. We therefore decided to go back to dreams and to just try out our favourite again. We would just like to prise Andy as we found his customer service and knowledge excellent.

The assistance we received was wonderful. Andrew was really helpful, was very attentive to what we were looking for and didn’t make us feel pressured at any point. His customer service was part of the reason we decided to purchase our bed with you. I would recommend the store to anyone and would recommend that they go to see Andrew as he was great!

Unfortunately l cannot remember the name of the staff member who served me at the Crown Point branch in Leeds. He was very polite, had good social skills. Demonstrated good knowledge of the subject matter and was very professional, adhering to Covid 19 regulations throughout the service he provided. Truly an asset to your company.

The gent listened to what we wanted. Came up with solutions. When I said about a budget he met our needs

The staff were very friendly and offered us a drink after we had made the purchase. They were also happy to sit and chat while we had our drinks. I was also pleased that we were able to take the mattress away with us (rolled and sealed) as we wanted it that day
