The shop assistant Darren was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We were not sure what type of mattress we needed but were offered ample assistance.

Darren who served us was very friendly, knew his stuff and was very funny

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, we were advised exactly where the bed was we had come to see and then left to look for ourselves so didn’t feel rushed. We were then advised on mattresses and my daughter was able to test them and choose which she loved. We saved a lot of money due to discounts and were very happy when we left!

We were greeted and left to browse without being followed around. When we had questions help was available straight away. We weren’t forced into any decisions and felt comfortable through the whole process. Covid measures were in place that were followed at all times.

Hayley was friendly and greeted us at the door. We wer offered coffee and given time to browse before she came over to us to assess our needs. We used the electronic assessment bed and then tried a number of suitable mattresses. We didn't feel pressured at any time and were grateful for Hayleys help and knowledge. We chose a suitable mattress and look forward to it being delivered 😊

Helpful polite abs stress free

Assisted by Helen, at the Crown Point store in Leeds, excellent service, very happy with her assistance, keen to answer all questions and patient as well. The store manager, Jude was also very helpful. Will definitely shop here again.
