The only reason was with the delivery time - 4 weeks when I would have liked the beds much sooner

The service provided by Javaid at Leeds Crown Point was second to none. He remembered us when we came to order despite having initially visited the store 10 days previously. However, delivery couldn't be when we wished and as we were moving into a new property it meant that we had to sleep on the floor for 5 nights. Not Javaid's fault in the slightest, but a blot on the copy book for Dreams as a company.

Two and half years ago, I was in the same shop buying a bed for myself and for my son. Two and half years down the line I was in the same shop buying another bed to replace my son's bed I bought in the same shop. I don't think anyone will be highly satisfied with that.

A lot of the items were well out of my price range so my choice was a bit limited.

the colour coding of the beds was confusing. 1 2 3 4 5 is much easier to understand rather different shades of purple. I count work out if the bed was firm, soft sprung etc without help and then was still confused.

Your system is ancient. I had entered the store on Wednesday and the store manager served me. I showed a link to the product online and gave an SKU code which found the item. However this showed a different image to what I was ordering. When I returned on Friday. I gave an SKU code again and the assistant typed underscore instead of hyphen. So she couldn’t find the product and when I pointed this out she ignored me and just asked for a description. Your system then tried to add £24 am delivery charge. So she didn’t know how to remove it so suspended and completed on another till. On both occasions when I walked into store I was the only person in. And staff were sat at their desks. And the choice of kids beds was woeful. The system needs a massive upgrade.
