Disappointed had to wait over a week for delivery. Staff very much leave it up to customer to make decision rather than offer a really good opinion, which would be a most helpful guide.

Since coming into store and placing the order i was not made aware of a delivery charge. I got told a final price and was shown where to sign ( i know i should have read everything, i was also trying to stop my 1 year old from running off) but there was no mention of delivery charges. i only noticed once i got home and looked at the paperwork.

Had to wait for a desk to be available to place the order and then the phone line was being used meaning my credit card payment couldn't be placed until the line became free.

I explained what I needed, a suitable pillow to support my husband's neck injury. I bought the only product suggested; a pillow costing £85:00. When I got home I googled the Tempur pillow and learned there were many more options but the store either didn't stock them, or I wasn't shown the range.

Placing the order for my mattress was slow on the computer systems which moved my receiving goods date from 14 days to 28 days. The toilet had unpleasant smell when I pay the visit to while the rest of the store was great.

The bed we wished to view was not in stock. I appreciate that all stock can not be kept on the shop floor but there was no examples of the finish on the bed frame which I would have liked to see before buying.
