Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

First time in the shop , nothing to compare it with .

I knew what product I wanted and came in to order it. Thatvwas all done very well. I don't think an experience like that on any store will leave me highly satisfied, just satisfied.

One of the colleagues was quite pushy. The other one was quite nervous.

my receipt I was given in store shows that the old bed will be removed but the email receipt stated it was not ordered????? I sent an email asking for clarification as I paid for removal of the old bed but have had no reply.

You prices are high, even in a sale. Also you do not carry natural fibre pillow top mattresses. Within these limitations, the individual store and Helen, the sales assistant did as much as possible to help me and I was highly satisfied with that. My dissatisfaction would be directed at a higher level of the company.

The bed hasn't arrived yet so I can't fully comment on my shopping experience.

Once we had decided on the product we wanted to buy there was a delay in being able to place the order as both 'tills' were in use (with other people also waiting). Staff were excellent in offering drinks etc, however it would have been more beneficial if there was at least one more computer available in store.

I already did the hard work and knew what I wanted and didn't need or request help from a sales assistant. The salesperson who happened to serve me didn't have to do a right lot for their brass apart from take my details on buy now pay later in 2017 which I was already going to take advantage of that having used the online service. I do like a one 2 one service on certain products but this was a personal choice which myself and my partner only needed to try out the mattress to ascertain it was what suited us both for a good nights kip. Hopefully we will get to appreciate and enjoy our purchase very soon from what has been a SATISFIED service.

Bensons for Beds was next door. We walked into this store after we had been to Dreams and felt it had a better shop layout. But Dreams excelled in other ways which were far better than Bensons.

I'm mainly not satisfied due to the length of time I'm having to wait for the bed I've ordered for my daughter especially as I've paid for the item in full. Which is another issue. I wanted the interest free option but I was turned down even though I don't even have so much as a late payment on my credit file let alone any CCJS etc. I have been a customer in the past and used this option in the past and paid in full before the payment date. So very unfair I would say. My daughter chose her bed and mattress so I'm hoping she will find it satisfactory. I also would of liked more deals such as free delivery would of been nice as a good gesture as the store was empty when we were there or free constructing of the bed which was also denied when I asked.
