Hayley, the assistant who served us, was friendly and knowledgeable. She made this purchase a pleasant and easy experience.

On my visit to dreams store at crown point retail park I was helped by a lady called hayley who was extremely helpful and very patient with me I would like to thank hayley soo much for her kindness and help for finding me the right mattress for my ailments. Thank you to all the staff at Leeds Crown Point store, especially Andy! It was an absolute pleasure to meet Andy, not only is he fantastic at his job, but a genuinely nice person. The customer service we got was excellent, and even that is an understatement. We never thought we would see this day, but for the first time in our lives we were actually happy to part with our money, mainly due to our experience with Andy, trusting he will help us purchase the best products to meet our needs, and secondly the quality of the products. We visited the Crown Point store n Leeds and we were look after by Andy. We cannot sing his praises high enough. Andy was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store.
