I was very satisfied with my visit to the store. Andy was very helpful and did not pressurise us into a sale. We went and came back after some thought. It was nice to know that whilst we put a deposit down on a double bed, should we have room for a king size when we move into our property we have the option to upgrade our order.

The experience was ok. I just found it disappointing that, after choosing the mattress, there was no choice of bed. There was only one option in one colour. I feel there should be more variety.

We waited for a period of time which was fine and some of the additional extras were not completely explained but we were happy with the product and the help.

I carefully researched, spent a lot of time only to be told I could not buy the products as my Canadian credit card was not accepted. Very, very bad customer service. Not one other company has told me this, there has never been a problem anywhere, anytime in the world. I can use and have used my card in several countries, on line. Even in Ecuador. Really!?

Team were friendly, attentive, and gave me different options. I was looking for ex display, there was confusion around what items were available and what had already been sold. They also struggled to find the items on their sheet in the store. But even so they found me what I was looking for, were very honest, knew their products well and were personable. The only thing that really upset me was they were a little pushy, telling me I could have it at a lower price if I bought it that second, which meant panic buying and left me feeling flustered, putting a dampener on the experience as a whole.

Viewed item in internet came to store to see it. Was not in store and was tile no longer available. Asked why was still on web was asked when viewed answered same morning. Then assistant looked in web could have bought at home and not bothered to visit store
