Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Because of the wait for delivery. My sister ordered a bed from a next door outlet that is getting delivered the next week, I have to wait 3 weeks.

Long lead time to delivery, I understand it comes from Gernman manufacturers, but seems quite a while to wait still. Had to wait about 20/30 minutes to make payment etc. as advisors busy. Also received more insight from Benson for beds on the mattresses

Shop environment basic

The representative, Mohammed was wonderful. He had an impressive product knowledge and a friendly professional demeanor. The store was clean and well presented with a wide variety of frames, mattresses and accoutrements all within a wide range of prices. Please feel free to cut this paragraph for any purposes required; The store was far too hot. Seriously, get some air-conditioning sorted. It was so hot I very nearly left without purchasing it was so hot in there. Benson's right next door was a lovely temperature. If they had had a similar enough frame we would have purchased from there, that and Mohammed. Really rate that guy and it's extremely unfair to him and the rest of the team to not have air con in a building that is basically half a greenhouse there is so much glass.

I was satisfied with the experience at Dreams for quality and price of products, and very satisfied with customer services which I was served by Andrew. He had good knowledge and made us feel comfortable without being pushy at all. Great service.

Darren was extremely helpful however there have been numerous times whilst sofa/bed shopping (especially in stores that pay commission) that we have been hounded and bothered by members of staff. Darren claimed "I'll be around to answer any questions but we tend to leave you alone" but we found this was not the case. He came over quiet a few times whilst we were looking around, and after settling on a bed and deciding which headboard we wanted, we wanted to find out which colours said headboard were available in, but Darren was nowhere to be found! Ironic the only time we had a question he was nowhere to be seen. This was the only issue, however Darren came across as a very helpful and genuine staff member.

when I came in to the store I was offered a coffee and a friendly smile I was happy with the service.

Assistant was pleasant and amenable and knowledgeable

Don't like to give full marks but definitely 9.5!

The item I purchased was not on sale. The store adverts implied the sale was store wide rather than specific lines. individual mattresses prices were clearly marked to be fair but everyone likes a bargain.
