It all felt a bit rushed. Due to COVID it was as though they wanted to get through as many customers as possible which I can understand but detracted from the experience and we were unable to just go in a look for ourselves..

Although generally satisfied I had completed my homework, new what I wanted but they were unable to show me how the speaker system worked in the Dawson headboard so not Highly satisfied

I was highly satisfied in the store, but on looking at the paperwork when I got home that was e-mailed to me, as Dreams are taking away the old mattress, the paperwork says I have to put the old mattress in the green bag and I wasn't given one of these, therefore the scores are satisfied and not highly satisfied.

Jude the manager was very helpful. Obviously we would have liked the mattress to have been less expensive, we know that we could get a similar quality product cheaper, we placed the order with you because of Jude and your good reputation. We were supprised that it would take the best part of a month for delivery, we were expecting a couple of weeks.

We got from the website that there was free delivery and free collection of the old mattress. In store I was told in an unplesant way that there would be a charge for collection of the old mattress. When I challenged this, I felt I was treated very poorly.

I was highly satisfied by the knowledge and friendliness of the sales assistant ( I think her name was Jude). She listened to my needs and didn’t try to push products on to me that weren’t relevant. I would definitely shop in the Leeds store again!

Only walked into store asked for item which was then fetched from storeroom had rung earlier in the day with no reply left message but did not return my call
