There was a slight delay in being served as the manager was dealing with a delivery, she was also not able to process our order electronically as she was in the middle of something else on her computer.

The only issue I'm not highly satisfied is the length of time to get it delivered. That might be standard though, I don't know, all I'm saying is it's taking a few weeks. Everything else was perfectly ok.

we ordered a bed and mattress with a cost of nearly £2000.00. The sales person , whilst we were paying and giving details put two pillows down for us. I presumed they were a free gift but when i got home i noticed he had charged us for them. I felt this was a little underhanded as he did not ask if we wanted to purchase pillows. Other than that i enjoyed the experience of choosing a bed
