The customer service advisor Hayley in the crown point branch was extremely professional and very friendly.She helped me in the whole process of buying the bed.

I have bought products from Dreams at Crown Point and found the whole experience of bed shopping really good this was due to the friendly helpful staff who let you browse and don't apply any pressure into making you feel you have to buy something. I have recommended Dreams to both family and friends from first visit before last lockdown to latest visit Saturday 1st May 2021

The range of beds was good & we were left to browse without being pestered, but an assistant was on hand as soon as we had questions.

Absolutely amazing service from Darren and felt like it was very honest also! We were buying beds for our first home so the whole thing was very new to us and I really appreciate how thorough he was in helping us find the perfect beds and mattresses! It didn’t feel like a pushy salesman just someone who genuinely wanted to help and made the process a lot easier! Really appreciated!
