We were allowed to look all around and take our own time deciding what we wanted.

We found the exact bed we wanted, at a good price, the gentleman who dealt with us was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Our bed will be delivered in a very good time. We were extremely pleased with good service and would recommend Dreams.

I explained what type and style of bed I wanted and Helen the member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and showed me two beds which one was perfect for me and my partner so we bought it there and then.

The asistant was totally committed to serving me and not trying to deal with other people at the same time.

We were left to browse as we wanted and assistance and advice was there as required. Joseph at the Leeds Crown Point store was nice and friendly, he gave us advice as required and made the process of buying very easy. There was no hard sell.
