Excellent customer service from Javaid and team - extremely patient with first time bed buyers!

Highly satisfied with the way My Server (Joe) helped with my order, definitely satisfied with the price as oak furniture land wanted the same amount for one double wardrobe compared to me getting a 3 drawer bedside table, 5 drawer large chest, 6 drawer chest and a 3 door wardrobe from dreams. The store was great, very clean,all the displays looked nice as if someone had made a real effort, everything was neat/tidy and it was an overall pleasant experience, I am glad i decided to go to dreams since it was the only place i had to look and got exactly what i wanted/needed for a great price. I would definitely rate dreams and the staff at crown point, leeds very highly.

Well first I order superking bed from Bensons for Beds and was disappointed with the service because when I order they said size is 180cm in width but In fact it was 210 cm in width and didn't fit in the room between two fixed cupboards as there is only 195cm space in between two cupboards. Because I donated my old bed and new bed was of wrong size I was very disappointed. So I went to dreams shop in crown point Leeds, Joseph, the sales agent was brilliant he understood my need and showed all super king size bed on screen which made it easy for me to visualise how the bed look as not all superking beds were on display, he also said the bed width is 192cm and when delivery boys assembled the bed it was 192 cm. so great service, delivery was also on time, delivery and assembled guys were great. This bed looks beautiful in my room, very good quality and brilliant service provided by sales agent and delivery boys. It's value for money

Warm and welcoming staff she was happy to run about the store for my needs checking everything on internet recommending products first time in your shop and we spent 2000.00 so we were happy bank balance not so

The assistant was very pleasant and polite and didn't pressure us into buying any product within the store her name was jude and I would recommend dreams to my family and friends
