I am highly satisfied from the moment I went in to even coming out Joe was every so helpful and asked every question I asked and I left feeling on cloud 9 and can't wait for my new bed

Service was excellent. We ended up going into the shop three times on the same day, and each time the same sales assistant (Jude) spoke to us, she remembered which products we had been interested in, and spent as long talking to us as we needed. She was very friendly and informative, and made us feel very keen to purchase our furniture from that store.

We we're given plenty of information to help decide which mattress would be best for our needs, but at no time felt rushed or obliged to make a choice.

The salesman that assisted us had good product knowledge and assisted us with finding a cheaper bed, the purchase process was dealt with very quickly, with a quick delivery time also offered.
