Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

The quality of the products appear to be very high, but what sets dreams apart was the customer service. Javaid and Paul were most helpful and would be the main reason for us to return to the store for future purchases.

Staff were very friendly on both my visits to Dreams. Staff were not too pushy but offered assistance and also told me when the current offers would end. This made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely return in a few months when I will be replacing my daughter bed/mattress.

Very polite advisor no pressure just asked what we were looking for and helped us. Offered drinks and allowed to try mattresses.

Fantastic experience made so simple with a brilliant Sales Team! A very quick, easy purchase and wished it was this good everywhere else! We had tried a couple of other high street bed companies the same morning and the Staff did not seem too bothered if you had even entered the store at Dreams Staff greeted you as you walked in and asked if they could be of any assistance and at the same time not too pushy! We were welcomed to the Leeds store the minute we walked through the door. We were welcomed and greeted by Javaid who directed us to the bed we had enquired about. He asked our requirements in a friendly and personable manner, never pushy and quickly calculated us the price. However unknown to Javaid we had previously visited another Dreams store and had been quoted a lower price. When we mentioned this to Javaid he remained customer focused and told us not to worry and he would have a word with his manager. We were then sat down by Javaid and he explained the situation to his manager the bed, mattress and package that we had been offered by another store. His manager went through our requirements and detailed the package that he was offering and the price which was cheaper than we had previously been quoted by the other store. We were also offered a free mattress cover and fitted sheet for our new bed. Whilst Javaid completed our order we were offered coffee and biscuits. The service was second to none and we would without question recommend the Leeds dreams store and tell them to ask for Javaid. Javaid customer service skills are exceptional and he is a credit to Dreams.
